As CTweb specializes in selling digital goods, please note that these products cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Our refund policy is therefore tailored to the unique nature of digital products. Additionally, local laws regarding refunds may vary by country. Before Requesting a Refund
If you’ve purchased an item from our store and are experiencing technical issues, we strongly encourage you to contact us first. Our team is committed to helping you resolve any problems through troubleshooting and support.
Items Not Downloaded
If you purchased an item but did not download it within one month of the purchase date, you may be eligible for a refund. We will verify whether the item was downloaded. While one month is generally considered a reasonable timeframe, depending on your location, a longer period may be available—especially if the item was for personal use and has not been downloaded.
Server-Related Issues
Refund requests will not be accepted if your server fails to meet the script’s technical requirements or encounters issues unrelated to the product itself.
License Key Not Created
If a license key (purchase code) has not been used within one month from the purchase date, you may be eligible for a refund. We will verify whether a license key was created. While one month is the standard window, local laws may allow for a longer period for personal-use purchases if the license key has not been activated.
Refund Amount
If your refund request is approved, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover payment gateway fees. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
